GSM’s CILA Home Program Bureau of Quality Management Survey Results
This week, the Bureau of Quality Management conducted a survey of our CILA home program. The survey was completed via on-site inspection, client, staff, and family interviews as well as detailed review of our client, staff training, outing, and maintenance records. These surveys also include reviews of policy, issues of resident rights, training, safety, and other data. The auditor conducted a detailed, on-site environmental group home inspection, which looked at the condition of the building, cleanliness, and safety.
We are pleased to announce that GSM achieved a full compliance survey, with no findings cited. This is a great accomplishment, and we would like to thank everyone for the work that is done on behalf of the men. These results are the outcome of the work of each person in many departments including staff, leadership, Human Resources, Nursing, and Support Services.
