Good Shepherd Manor Brunch Auction – Important Updates for Attendees

Hello! We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow! If you received an email directing you here then you are already registered with your email.

If you have a table and your guests did not register themselves, chances are they did not receive this because we do not have their email. So please share this with them.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that if you are bidding you will need to use your own bid # and email!

Everyone was assigned a bid number when they registered and you will receive a bid paddle tomorrow at check in.

  • To bid you must download the Givi app on your phone –must register with an email
  • To bid on an item you must have a credit card on file.
  • When bidding you will receive notification if you are outbid and when the silent auction closes the winning bidder will receive a notification.
  • To avoid separate transactions, you may wait until live auction bidding and Meet A Manor Need is complete before you check out. Check out is done on your phone unless paying by cash/check.
  • You may use your credit card on file to pay for your auction items and/or donation for Meet A Manor Need OR you can choose to pay by check or cash at the end of the event.
  • After Meet A Manor Need you may retrieve your silent auction items from the tables in their original locations by showing your phone receipts to the auction volunteers.
  • Live auction items may be retrieved from the table nearest to the bar.
